School of Education Graduate Student

Liu Liu is the first year Ph.D. student in the School of Education, studying at Education Statistics and Research Methods program. Her research interests fall into two categories: (1) methodological work involves applications of multilevel models, multivariate analysis in the design of experimental or non-experimental studies and evidence for determining the severity and scope of socio-educational issues; and, (2) propensity score matching to approximate a random experiment. She is also interested in developing and applying for various statistical modeling (e.g. longitudinal models) for better educational and scientific research.

She joined the Center for Research in Education and Social Policy (CRESP) at June, 2019. She works at CRESP to support data collection, organization, and data analysis efforts under the guidance and support of senior staff for IES-Center for Research Use in Education (CRUE
